Embracing Present Awareness

Welcome to this meditation for embracing your present awareness of this moment.
Allowing yourself to settle into a comfortable position. Letting your eyes gently come to a close. Giving yourself permission to settle into this moment, Letting go of any need to do or achieve anything.
Knowing that it is okay to be exactly as you are right now. Noticing your breath as it flows in and out without any effort. Simply observing the gentle movement of your breath, Acknowledging how each breath sustains you with life.
Understanding. But in this stillness, we find clarity and peace. Allowing this moment to show you that everything is as it should be right here and right now.
Allowing your awareness to rest on your body. Healing how your body rests here in this moment, fully supported by the ground beneath you. Noticing any sensations in your feet, your legs, your hips, and your back.
Observing any areas of tension that might be present in your body, Acknowledging these areas just as they are in this moment. Knowing that just by being here, you are doing all that needs to be done in this moment of being aware.
Feeling the natural rise and fall of your chest happening with each breath. Allowing yourself to be here, fully present with these subtle movements in your body. Acknowledging that there is no need to rush.
Allowing your body to show you how everything happens in its own time, naturally and without effort. As you continue to rest here in stillness, noticing any thoughts that are arising within you.
When you become aware that your mind has wandered gently with kindness, allowing your attention to come back to the flow of your breath happening in this very moment.
Understanding that there is no need to judge these thoughts or push them away With time, they naturally pass away.
Acknowledging that having thoughts is simply a part of being human. Allowing yourself to return to this present moment with kindness. Embracing the space between thoughts where true peace resides in you in this very moment.
Noticing any sensations in your body right now. Acknowledging that inside of your chest, your heart is beating in this very moment. Knowing that your body is a beautiful vessel, Always present for you in every moment of your life.
Allowing yourself to be fully present with your body as it rests here. Knowing in this moment that everything you need is already within you.
Allowing the stillness of this moment to show you your true nature of peace. Allowing yourself to become aware of any emotions that are here with you right now. Noticing how these emotions feel inside of you.
Allowing these feelings to be here with you just as they are. Acknowledging that your emotions are valid, and it is okay to feel them. Allowing your emotions to be a part of your present experience in this very moment.
Knowing that accepting our emotions brings us closer to inner peace. Noticing any thoughts that capture your mind in this moment. Observing when your mind wants to engage with certain thoughts, creating stories in this very moment.
Acknowledging that it is okay to let go of needing to understand everything in this very moment. Allowing yourself to rest in your awareness of this present moment. Just as it is. Embracing the stillness of this moment within you.
Noticing how inside of you There is always peace and contentment available to you anytime you are aware of this present moment. Observing how it feels to let go of any effort and simply be here as you are in this moment of life.
Acknowledging that in stillness, we connect with our true essence. Knowing that every moment is an opportunity to return to stillness. Gently allowing your awareness to come back into the room and the space around you.
Feeling how your breath continues to flow in and out without any effort. Noticing how your body continues to rest in stillness, fully supported by the surface beneath you.
Allowing gratitude to settle inside of you for taking these moments to rest in stillness and being aware of yourself just as you are. As you feel ready, gently and slowly, allowing your eyes to open.
