Inward’s Inner Circles honour this tradition with a modern approach that’s fitting of the present day, weaving together self-care practices, rich discussion and contemplative inquiries to support curious minds and hearts. Our circles offer a resource to develop skills that support your self-attunement, where people of all ages and backgrounds come together in a non-judgemental and gentle space.
What to expect?
Facilitated conversation around a monthly theme, from self acceptance to facing fear to cultivating courage.
Guided self-care practices from the tradition of yoga, including pranayama (breath), visualisation and meditation.
Self-inquiry through journalling and contemplation to reflect on your history, beliefs and experiences.
