What would your life be like if you accepted yourself exactly as you are? Many of us hold feelings of unworthiness - of not being ‘enough’ - that lead to challenges in our relationships, our working lives and our sense of self.
Join our first Inner Circle in Melbourne where we explore radical self acceptance as a means of living whole-heartedly. Through a guided process, we’ll explore releasing the grip of our insecurities and the freedom that comes with appreciating who we are.
Through journalling, contemplation practices, and discussion with like-minded people, we’ll share a non-judgemental and authentic space to explore limiting patterns and create an intentional pathway to move forward with clarity. Places limited.
Hosted by Kayla Robertson
Kayla is a yoga teacher, podcaster and the founder of Inward. She’s passionate about holding space for people to explore the depths of their inner lives, using yoga and embodied practices as tools for moving beyond our habitual way of being. With no destination and no ‘goal’ to achieve in the practice, it becomes an invitation for an inflowing journey into who we are and the present moment.
